Performance Reports often contain hundreds of columns and it becomes difficult to sort and manage the most important columns among them. A new provision in compass allows admins to pin and unpin columns for easier access and providing a quick overview.
Ensure consistent and accurate achievements and rewards with the provision to setup approval flows for your Performance Reports in Compass:
Admins can now setup custom approval flows for Plan Performance Reports in Compass which aids in consistent and accurate achievements and rewards.
This can be setup from the Plan Label as part of Plan Report Approval.
Approvers can also be added or removed after plan label setup.
Access any user's eligible transactions from the consolidated user performance tab:
User's relevant transactions can be accessed from Consolidated User Performance tab- within each plan, this gives better understanding of a user's complete performance over all the plans they are a part of.
Better viewing of reports with the freezing of column headers in reports in Compass:
For all reports in the report tab along with transaction, earnings and data viewing tabs, the headers are now frozen, so users can understand the column data for longer reports.
