Overview
The Incentives Pending section allows authorized users to review, approve, or reject incentive requests. This interface also includes tools for filtering data, customizing columns, searching, and downloading reports.
Accessing the Incentives Pending Section
Step 1: From the left-hand side (LHS) menu, navigate to Pending Approvals
Step 2: Click on the Incentives Pending tab.
Approving or Rejecting Incentives
Step 1: Locate the specific incentive request you wish to act on.
Step 2: Select the checkbox next to the relevant incentive.
Step 3: At the top of the table, click "Approve" or "Reject" as appropriate.
To approve you need to mention a reason and click Approve.
To reject you need to mention a reason and click Reject.
Filtering Data
To refine the list of incentive requests:
Step 1: Click the Filter icon (located near the top-right of the table).
Step 2: You can filter using the following criteria:
Plan Label
Plan Name
Approval Status
Supervisor
Email
Partner Code
Partner Name
Within Threshold
Step 3: Apply the desired filters to display relevant results.
Managing Columns
To customize which columns appear in the table:
Step 1: Click the Manage Columns icon.
Step 2: Check or uncheck boxes to show or hide specific columns.
Step 3: Once your selection is complete, click Apply to update the table view.
Downloading Reports
Click the Download button at the top of the page. The system will export the current data view into a downloadable file format (CSV or Excel).
Searching for a Specific Entry
Use the Search Box located at the top of the table. Enter a keyword (e.g., user name, email, plan name). Relevant results will automatically appear based on your input.
Best Practices
Use filters to streamline your review process and locate specific incentives quickly.
Regularly download reports for tracking and compliance purposes.
Use the Manage Columns feature to focus on the most relevant data fields for your review.
