Compass can also create custom integrations on a case-by-case basis if the client does not have standard CRMs.
These methods are namely:
Compass Webhook/Push API integration -> Client can push the data on a public HTTP URL
Custom Fetch via:
Client's API
Databases or data lakes
Custom CRMs (which are not part of the standard compass offering)
Qualification Process: To qualify for the integration methodology to be taken up with Compass, a mandatory qualification process must be followed before taking up the integration. The details of the process are in their respective sections.
Compass as an Upstream system
There are two ways to use Compass as an Upstream system:
Compass Connect APIs: Compass connect APIs are a collection of 13 APIs that serve various use cases, such as fetching a list of active campaigns, fetching incentive payout details, etc.
Custom APIs: For customized APIs to be used for specific use cases, the Compass engineering team can work with client teams to discuss feasibility and develop a solution accordingly
Compass Webview: Standardized dashboard which opens up in a browser across devices
