Let's go through different widgets you can add to your dashboard

User Access

User access refers to the number of individuals who have visited the Compass web or mobile app within a specific timeframe. This tab helps analyse the user engagement and overall reach during the given timeframe.

Quick Actions

You can easily navigate the essential elements in Compass, including quick actions, approval payouts, user management, group creation, and more. You can customize it according to the needs of the particular plan.

Users and Quota

The users tab will provide details on the users who have achieved at least a single milestone (Eligible) and those who haven't achieved any milestone (Not Eligible). The quota tab provides you with details on the users' total quota achievement.

Earnings

The earnings tab provides details on the total earnings made by the users and the earnings that need to be approved by the admin or rejected based on the aforementioned requirements.

Performance report

It provides a snapshot of users' performance across plans. You can customize it according to your needs, such as whether you want to see the performance of a particular plan or a specific set of users.

Metric vs Plans

This helps admins to better understand the ROI of their plans and metrics. Provides a comprehensive view of how plans are performing against each other for specific KPIs. These are admin customizable and can be edited to include specific sets of plans or KPIs.

Plan payout trends

This helps to understand how your users are being paid, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Any undue trends are highlighted to help you stay on top of your payouts.

Investment vs Revenue Generation

You can understand how much ROI you have gained by comparing the investment made on these incentive or commission plans through budgets and revenue generated by the sales teams.

Product Sales Trends

Understand the patterns and changes in the sales performance of products over a specific period. When calculating incentives for sales reps, these trends provide crucial insights into how well certain products are selling, which products are gaining or losing popularity, and the overall demand in the market.

Leaderboard

Leaderboards rank sales reps based on their performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue generated, or product-specific sales.

Leaderboards foster a competitive environment by visibly showcasing top performers and motivating reps to improve their rankings.

This not only drives higher sales but also encourages a focus on strategic selling behaviours aligned with company goals.

ASC 606 Compilation

Our implementation team will ensure that all of your sales commissions or incentive plans are fully compliant with respect to regulations including ASC 606, IFRS 15 and others.
