Why do we need the feature?

My Profile section on the Compass Web Application gives access to a user to View his personal information and edit his Profile Picture. A user can logout from the Web App by accessing the My Profile page. This page also gives a user the visibility on the amount of points he has scored as incentives and how he can redeem the same.

Workflow / Using the feature

  • To access the My Profile section a user needs to click on the bottom left corner on the dashboard where his Work Email will be displayed.

  • Once the user is on the My Profiles page he will be able to the below actions:

    • Logout

    • Change Profile Picture

    • Redeem Points

  • To Logout a user needs to click on the top right corner on the My Profile page. The user will see a Logout option by clicking on which he will be able to successfully logout from his account.

  • To change the profile picture a user needs to click on the Pencil Icon shown in the below image.

  • The user can then select any image from his device and update it as his profile picture.

  • To Redeem any points scored as incentives a user needs to click on the Redeem option visible below the My Points text. Once a user clicks on the Redeem option he will be redirected to the redemption page where he can Redeem the points he has scored.

The Key UI Elements are as follows:

  • My Profile : This shows the user his personal details and a visibility on the points he has scored.

  • Logout : The user will be able to logout of his account by clicking on it.

  • My Points : This shows the user the total available points under his account

  • Redeem : The user will be redirected to the redemption page by clicking on this option.

In terms of ease of use and adaptability this feature is very easy to use for a new user.

How often feature is being used

The user uses this feature only when he wants to change his profile picture or he wants to redeem the points he has achieved.

How long users spend interacting with the feature

The user doesn’t spend much time on this feature as the user visits this feature only for 2 reasons mentioned above, which is not that frequent.

Abandonment rate As long as you have the required data, this should be 0.
