January 2023

Xoxoday Compass is getting better with every passing release. As the month of January ends, here are the features rolled out with the new release. Ranging from rewards and metrics breakdown to enhance transparency for our users to multi region support and more. Let’s have a look:

1. Metrics and Rewards Breakdown:

End users have difficulty in understanding the top level metrics and rewards without knowing the complete breakdown. This is especially true in hierarchical cases of metrics where a top level metric (say a level 4 metric) is made up of several other layers of metrics or when multiple rewards are tied to milestones. This leads to users having incomplete knowledge of their KPIs and Earnings. We created admin configuration screens where admin can select metrics configuration which will accordingly be displayed on the end user side helping the end user in forming a better understanding of the breakdown of their respective metrics and rewards and increasing app level engagement. In this phase we are rolling out the admin configuration for compass web for admins.

2. UI enhancement in program reports, incentives, user and event data views:

Freezing top rows in program reports, incentives, user and event data views to enhance readability of reports, data verification and log viewing.

3. Multi Region Support during Compass Signup:

Users would get the provision to choose from a list of countries during signup. The Phone extension would be set to the country code as per the country chosen, however, users have the freedom to choose another country code from the Phone drop down list.

4. Performance Optimisations

We’ve reduced the API calls required for the Dashboard, Users, Metric, Import History, Settings, Incentive Plan tabs. These sections will load faster now.

We’ve also added API call cancellation mechanisms to cancel subsequent redundant API calls if another menu is chosen before the current selection is fully loaded.

5. Added support for Multi-Language.:

Users can now choose the language to view from the language directory section.
