Why do we need the feature?
The Programs tab on the Compass Mobile Application encapsulates all the programs a user is part of. It captures all the Active, Upcoming and History programs in the respective tab. This feature is one of the most important features of the application as the user will be spending most of his time using this feature and its subsequent features. Using this feature a user can track his progress in a given program, view his achievements, view the leaderboards and also download transactions if he has made any. This feature also captures the details of each program.
Workflow / Using the feature
Mobile View
Web View
To access the Programs page a user needs to click on the Programs option shown in the above screenshot at the bottom of the screen for mobile view and at the left side of the screen for Web View. Under the Programs tab a user will be able to see all the Active, Upcoming and History campaigns he has been/will be a part of. Under the Active Programs a user can also see the number of days left for a particular program to end in the respective program’s tile.
For Example: In the above screenshot there are 242 days left for the Final Incentive Leader program FY 2023 campaign to end.
To view the progress in any of the active programs that a user is part of a user simply needs to click on the program tile he wants to check his progress for. Once a user clicks on a particular program tile he will be redirected to a welcome screen as shown below. To view the progress in that particular program a user needs to simply click on the Start option.
Mobile View
For web view when a user clicks on the Go to Program option he will redirect to the programs page where he will be able to see all his progress and the relevant scores and leaderboards as shown in the screenshot below.
Web View
A user will get to see a gamified map of the program where he will see all the milestones he needs to achieve for that particular program. The user can click on the progress marker to see the current progress he is at and to see what more he needs to achieve to reach the next milestone. Please refer to the screenshot below for better understanding.
The user can see other information about the program like Program Details, Achievements, Leaderboard and can also Download Transactions by clicking on the three dots visible on the top right corner of the screen.
By clicking on the View Details option a user will be able to see the details of that particular program as shown in the screenshot below.
By clicking on the Achievements option a user will be able to see his achievements in that particular program as shown in the screenshot below.
Leaderboard: We’ll cover this section extensively in the next section of the documentation
By clicking on the Download Transactions option a user will be able to download all the transactions for that particular program.
