Xoxoday Compass is getting better with every passing release. As the month of September ends, here are the features rolled out with the new release. Ranging from Multiview in metrics to Commissions, let’s have a look:

1. Create complex Commission Plans with different customizations like Quotas, Multipliers, Bonuses, Accelerators and others:

You can now create different kinds of commission plans like revenue, tiered, flat with different customizations like Quotas, Multipliers, Bonuses, Accelerators.

You can define multiple achievements, multiple quotas and capture complex relationships within the commission plan feature in Compass.

2. Capture more logic with less variables with the introduction of Multiview support:

Now admins can capture more logic without creating a huge number of metrics with the introduction of multiview support. This enables admins to create metrics using different connections at the same time as opposed to the earlier limitation of using only connection for one metric.

3. Judge your ROI by comparing your relevant KPIs:

You can now judge your ROI of different plans by comparing relevant KPIs together from the widgets section in the dashboard. You can create three groups of KPIs within one widget and create as many comparison widgets as you like. This is especially useful to judge performance KPIs like different sales vs target data, branch wise performance comparison and more.

4. Mask Sensitive Data like salary or other confidential information from within Compass:

Provision to mark sensitive data like salary or other confidential information from within Compass. These values will be masked with a special symbol, letting other admins and users know that the data is masked. The data can be used for calculating plans, metrics, reports and widgets with the results being visible but the original data being masked wherever it appears.
