Xoxoday Compass is getting better with every passing release. As the month of January ends, here are the features rolled out with the new release. Ranging from rewards capping to Zoho integration. Let’s have a look:
Users can now cap the reward value at a number if the reward is set as dynamic.
Users can configure the column headers in the incentive and transaction report and this configuration will now get stored in the system so that whenever the user visits any other module and comes back to this table again, the configuration will remain as it is.
The Teams section for the Manager Persona now shows the count of all reportees along with the top 5 performers for each leaderboard in a program. The Manager can now also search for reportees from the list.
The provision to reorder the column arrangement as well as deciding the visibility of the columns in the performance report is now enabled. The columns in the Performance report can now simply be dragged and dropped to re-order.
The option to enable Leaderboard Access for the Manager Persona has now been added in the Leaderboard widget. This can be enabled or disabled by Super Admins or the concerned Program Creators.
Sales admins can now integrate with their ZohoCRM account directly through a one-click integration on Compass. Simply authenticate your ZohoCRM credentials, select the Data tables and fields you want to integrate from your ZohoCRM account and your data tables will be created directly in your Compass account.
