What is Milestone Visualization?
Milestone visualization help to take through the campaign's journey in progress. It brings the sense to users to perform better to achieve more.
What is a Milestone?
A milestone is the set of levels of achievement in form of steps progress which pushes users to perform better to earn more points/rewards.

The UI under the Milestone Visualization page has 2 different sections:
Marker - It shows where users stand based on their performances
Milestones - Levels of achievement.
An additional feature is available in the web view to toggle within active programs using the dropdown.
Workflow / Using the Feature
Mobile App
To see milestone visualizations on the app, go to the program tab and click on any program you want to see your journey so far. It will take you to the milestone visualization page of the program.
Marker on the path shows your progress so far and tells how much you need to perform to achieve the next milestone once you click on it.
Once you achieve the particular milestone it turns green.
As seen in the above screenshot, it shows the distance from the next milestone after clicking on the marker.
Web View
To see the Milestone visualization on the web view, Go to the program tab and click on the “ Go to program” button of any active program you want to see your journey so far for that particular program. It will take you to the program view page where the milestone visualization is shown.
As seen in the above screenshot, to see the distance from the next milestone, click on the marker and know the milestone achievement task, click on the milestone.

It doesn't take much time for the user to interact with this feature and it is very simple to use and adopt, self-explanatory verbatim on the UI.
How often feature is being used
This feature is used whenever users want to see their campaign journey progress.
How long users spend interacting with the feature
User spend time on this feature only checking their progress.
