Custom Integrations

Introduction:

1. Compass can also do custom integrations on a case by case basis in the absence of standard CRMs at client side.

2. These methods are namely

   1. Compass Webhook/Push API integration -> Client can push the data on a public HTTP URL

   2. Custom Fetch via:

      1. Client's API

      2. Databases or data lakes

      3. Custom CRMs (which are not part of standard compass offering)

   3. Qualification Process: In order to qualify for the integration methodology to be taken up with compass, there is a mandatory qualification process that needs to be followed before taking up the integration. The details of the process are in their respective sections.
